We've been posting lots of photos on our facebook page. We post a preview once a week or so from some of our weddings in our "secret wedding preview album". If you aren't a fan then you probably missed this Day of the Dead cake topper.
Jeanette & Adam's wedding was like a rock and roll show with a great encore (a rockabilly band). They couldn't have picked a better location, Stoudt's Brewery in Adamstown (in Lancaster County) for their rockabilly wedding. Stoudt's has a German village surrounding it will all these little shops which made for a wonderful backdrop for this tattooed couple.
Since I was on the clock I didn't get to sample any of Stoudt's Beers but everyone else sure enjoyed them. I won't say much about this wedding because I am going to try something new and in a few days Adam, the groom, will be posting notes below all the photos.
What makes an Allebach Photography couple? Over the last few months I've paid attention to our couples in engagement sessions, in meetings with clients, and at weddings. A few things, most of our clients like Social Distortion, Dropkick Murphy's or Johnny Cash...but more importantly our clients are expressive and genuine. Many of our couples are tattooed but that is only the beginning. Our clients bring pieces of themselves into their engagement session and wedding. We don't do cookie cutter and neither do they. Our events are a mix of the alternative, tradition (where it makes sense) and personality.Siobhan and Kevin who met us for an engagement session at Ridley Creek State Park and West Chester in June are a good example. They were genuine, expressive and comfortable with each other during our engagement photography session. Take a look at their engagement photos:
